LPKY SUES KENTUCKY

The Libertarian Party of Kentucky has sued Kentucky in federal court for passing two unconstitutional bills, HB 114  and SB 60.  The Republican controlled Kentucky State Legislature passed new ballot access laws that restrict access for third party candidates.  One of the laws went into effect RETROACTIVELY, eliminating the opportunity for third party candidates to get on the 2019 General Election ballot.
