On Primary Election Day, May 22, 2018, you will not see any Libertarians on the ballot in Kentucky. That’s because Libertarians organize and pay for our own primary elections. Taxpayers will foot the bill for the Democrats and Republicans to select their party candidates. We don’t think it’s fair that taxpayers pay for Dems & Reps but not Libertarians. We think ALL political parties should pay for their own primaries. Taxpayers never asked to pay for party primaries. But the Dems and Reps in the Kentucky General Assembly thought it would be a good idea for taxpayers to pick up the tab for their parties’ primaries and no others. Vote Libertarian in November. We have already selected our candidates and it didn’t cost taxpayers a dime. Smaller government, lower taxes, greater freedom.
Libertarian Primary Costs Taxpayers NOTHING!
