In the latest registration data from the Kentucky State Board of Elections, Libertarian registrations are now over 8,000.
There are many benefits to registering Libertarian.
- You make the party appear stronger, which helps us influence public policy more effectively.
- You get to participate in our candidate nomination process (internal primary election) for 2018 and beyond.
- After December 31st, 2017, Voting Membership in LPKY will also require that a person is registered to vote as a Libertarian.
Kentucky did not collect registration data for Libertarians prior to January 1st, 2006, and we are still not listed on the paper version of the official voter registration form. We are listed on the online form and we encourage those not yet registered Libertarian to do so today!
