KET instituted new rules this year. They didn't tell our nominated Libertarian Party candidate, David Patterson, about these rul changes. In fact, the rules changed several times. Most importantly, the nominees of the Old Parties were invited under no criteria at all, and the new criteria were created and applied to everyone else. On October 11th, Judge van Tatenhove ruled that that's just fine and dandy.
